Airsoft Parts
These custom airsoft parts, CNC-machined from high-grade aluminium, in the 7075 alloy, ensured top-notch precision and durability.
Structural Parts
We designed and 3D printed prototype components for electrical applications using PETG and ABS. Material Benefits: PETG offered transparency, toughness, and chemical resistance, while ABS provided mechanical strength and heat stability. Design & Prototyping: Our CAD-driven process ensured electrical safety with FDM-printed prototypes for rapid testing and iteration.
Custom Engineering Parts
This component had a CNC-machined aluminum top for strength and precision. We offered the customer a 3D printed base made of their choice of PA6-CF (FFF) or PA12 (SLS), with excellent mechanical properties, ideal for complex geometries. This part could also have been made from Forged Carbon Fibre for superior strength-to-weight ratio and rigidity, ideal for high-performance use.
