Our SLS Printer:

The Sinterit Lisa Pro is a compact SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) 3D printer designed for producing strong, detailed, and functional parts without support structures. Its closed powder handling system and compatibility with a wide range of materials, including flexible and high-performance nylons, make it ideal for prototyping, engineering, and low-volume production. We print predominantly in PA12 nylon powder.

ABS GF (Glass-Fiber Reinforced ABS) is a rigid, high-strength filament ideal for functional parts like jigs, fixtures, and drone or automotive components. It offers excellent heat resistance, reduced warping, and a durable matte finish.

We offer ABS GF (25% glass fibers) in black, white, grey, red, green, purple, orange, yellow, blue.

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is a weather-resistant filament perfect for outdoor use. It offers excellent UV stability, high strength, and a smooth matte finish, making it ideal for enclosures, signage, and automotive parts. ASA resists yellowing, warping, and cracking, and prints similarly to ABS but with better long-term durability in harsh environments.

We offer ASA in multiple colours such as black, white, grey, red, orange, yellow, blue.

ASA-CF (Carbon-Fiber Reinforced ASA) combines the UV and weather resistance of ASA with the strength and stiffness of carbon fibers. It’s perfect for outdoor parts, automotive trims, enclosures, and drone components. ASA-CF prints with a matte finish, resists warping, and offers excellent dimensional stability

ASA-Kevlar combines the outdoor durability of ASA with the impact resistance and toughness of Kevlar fibers. It’s ideal for rugged parts exposed to stress and weather, such as protective casings, brackets, and outdoor equipment components. Lightweight, strong, and resistant to cracking, ASA-Kevlar prints with a slightly textured matte finish.

PA6-CF10/20 (Carbon-Fiber Reinforced Nylon 6) offers exceptional strength, stiffness, and heat resistance, making it ideal for high-performance parts in automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. With 10–20% carbon fiber content, these filaments provide superior dimensional stability, reduced warping, and excellent mechanical properties. PA6-CF20 offers even greater rigidity and strength, while PA6-CF10 maintains a balance between toughness and printability. Should your project require it, we can add a post-processing technique of annealing plus add temperature and chemical resistant coatings to prevent loss of rigidity due to absorption of humidity.

This L-shaped bracket, 3D printed in PA6 CF20 (nylon with 20% carbon fiber), is designed as a robust structural support for mechanical assemblies. PA6-CF (Glass-Fiber Reinforced Nylon 6) is a high-strength, high-temperature filament designed for demanding engineering applications. The added glass fibers significantly boost rigidity, dimensional stability, and heat resistance, making it ideal for structural parts, automotive components, and industrial tools. PA6-GF is abrasion-resistant and durable.

PC/ABS blends the strength and heat resistance of polycarbonate with the flexibility and ease of printing of ABS. The result is a tough, impact-resistant filament ideal for functional prototypes, housings, automotive parts, and enclosures. PC/ABS offers excellent dimensional stability, smooth surface finish, and good mechanical performance under stress.

PET-CF17 (Carbon-Fiber Reinforced PET) combines the toughness and chemical resistance of PET with 17% carbon fiber for added stiffness and dimensional stability. It’s ideal for engineering parts, structural components, and functional prototypes that require strength without sacrificing printability. PET-CF17 delivers a sleek matte finish and minimal warping.

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is a versatile filament that combines the strength of ABS with the ease of PLA. It’s tough, slightly flexible, and highly resistant to moisture and chemicals, making it great for mechanical parts, enclosures, and functional prototypes. PETG prints with minimal warping, strong layer adhesion, and a smooth, glossy finish.

We offer PETG in multiple colours as well as glow in the dark options (ideal for applications such as building signage).

PC-FR (Flame-Retardant Polycarbonate) is a high-performance filament designed for demanding applications where fire safety is essential. It offers exceptional strength, heat resistance, and impact durability, making it ideal for electrical housings, automotive components, and industrial tools. PC-FR meets UL94 V-0 flame-retardant standards. Prints are strong, precise, and built to withstand harsh environments.

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is the most well-known 3D printing filament and ideal for prototyping and decorative applications. Made from renewable resources, it’s biodegradable, prints at low temperatures, and offers excellent surface finish with minimal warping. PLA is perfect for models, packaging, display parts, and low-stress pieces where visual quality matters most.

We offer PLA in an extensive array of colours including special finishes such as matte, silk, glitter and multi-tonal, as well as glow in the dark options (ideal for applications such as decorative items).

PLA+ is an upgraded version of standard PLA, offering improved strength, durability, and layer adhesion while maintaining the same easy printability. It’s less brittle, more impact-resistant, and has a smoother finish, making it ideal for functional prototypes, tools, and detailed display models. PLA+ prints with minimal warping and higher performance than PLA.

We offer PLA+ in multiple colours.

PLA-CF (Carbon-Fiber Reinforced PLA) combines the ease of PLA with added strength and stiffness from carbon fibers. It prints with excellent dimensional accuracy, a matte finish, and minimal warping, making it ideal for rigid prototypes, mechanical parts, and aesthetic models.

This fibre is available in carbon black only, with other colours such as burgundy or royal blue available on special request.

PP (Polypropylene) is a lightweight, flexible, and chemically resistant filament ideal for functional parts like living hinges, containers, and automotive components. Known for its excellent fatigue resistance and durability, PP is also food-safe and moisture-resistant. It delivers tough, low-density prints perfect for industrial and everyday use.

PPS-CF10 (Carbon-Fiber Reinforced Polyphenylene Sulfide) is a high-performance engineering filament with 10% carbon fiber for enhanced stiffness, strength, and thermal stability. Known for its exceptional chemical and heat resistance (up to 230°C), PPS-CF10 is ideal for demanding applications in aerospace, automotive, and electronics. It offers dimensional precision, low moisture absorption, and excellent flame resistance.

TPU 95 (Thermoplastic Polyurethane, Shore 95A) is a semi-flexible filament that combines durability, impact resistance, and rubber-like elasticity. It’s perfect for parts that need to bend without breaking, such as gaskets, seals, grips, and protective covers. TPU 95 offers strong layer adhesion, wear resistance, and excellent vibration damping. Ideal for making hermetic seals within storage equipment.
